Orders are fulfilled within 5-8 business days of payment completion. Once your order has been picked and packed and fully prepared fro shipping an airway bill will be created and you should see tracking update in USPS or Fedex system within 24-48 hours of email confirmation. We recommend that you provide a safe destination where someone is able to receive packages or they can be placed in a location to avoid theft. Once the package is delivered to USPS or Fedex it is your responsibility.

Sheehan&Co accepts returns that are post marked within 14 calendar days of confirmed receipt date of merchandise provided that products in unworn and original condition.

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt date of product. We recommend that you purchase the desired product that you are looking to exchange and advise in notes that product is being returned with purchase order number.

Any order that has custom modifications done to fit, color, or hardware is considered a "custom order" and cannot be returned. Exchanges will be honored within 14 calendar days of receipt of merchandise.

Any Sale merchandise that is promoted at 50% or more discount is final sale and only exchanges within 14 calendar days of receipt of merchandise will be accepted.
